One Month Left

The "Out of the Darkness" walk is just 23 days away. I am working so hard to put it together. It fall just one week before the 2nd Anniversary of Ryans death. A friend asked why I took on such a large job. I did it to remember all of the special people like Ryan who suffered so and died by suicide. Please if you can sign up to walk and show up to show support to these special families.

Walking with the Sheehans

Michelle... I just wanted to let you know that Farren and you did a wonderful job yesterday with the walk. I was glad that we got to be with you all in remembering Ryan. You guys are awesome and so strong in every thing you guys do and I am so glad we have gotten to know all of you. Ryan is truly missed and I will cherish forever the memories I have of him. Love you guys so much!

A Stranger's Kind words

You do not know me but I wanted to let you know that you are in my prayers and thoughts. As I read about Ryan's life, I can relate it to my own...a life marked by depression, pain, and attempted suicides. I can almost sense the pain that he felt and it pains me (even as a stranger) to know that he is no longer with us. But his powerful and neverending presence is with you and your family. I can sense that he was very loved and I am sorry that you had to lose someone very precious to you. One day, I hope to be a psychologist and I would like to make a difference in the lives of the hurting...and Ryan's story gives me even more motivation to do so.
